CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the regulation of the purchase of Products, carried out remotely, via computer network, from the site www.peterascot.com
The publication of the Products displayed on the Site constitutes an invitation to the Customer to formulate a contractual purchase proposal. The order sent by the Customer has the value of a contractual proposal and implies complete knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions.
All the prices of the Products are clearly indicated on the Site and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are adequately highlighted at the time of the order. The cost of each shipment may vary according to the delivery and payment method as well as the destination and the total amount of the order.
Each Purchase Contract stipulated between Peter Ascot and the Customer must be considered concluded with Peter Ascot sending the order acceptance to the Customer's e-mail address. The acceptance of the order is given to the Customer when the Products are delivered to the courier responsible for the shipment with the relative issuance of the invoice. v has the right to accept or not, at its own discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, in any capacity, including compensation, in case of non-acceptance of the order.
The Customer can check the content of the purchase contracts concluded at any time by logging into his/her personal area of the Website. Payment method and security
Peter Ascot products can be purchased online with the fast and secure PayPal payment system at no additional cost. Once the online purchase has been completed, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where he can access his account by entering his personal e-mail address and password. After registering, it is possible to proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter the data, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the assigned credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (PostePay).
PayPal protects the buyer's information as the customer's financial information is never passed on. For each transaction performed with this method, a confirmation email will be sent directly from PayPal. The amount of the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

Service and shipping costs
Peter Ascot  offers the possibility of receiving the goods comfortably and directly at home throughout the Italian territory through our fast and guaranteed express courier service. The purchased products are delivered to the postal address specified by the customer in the order form. By registering on the site, it will be possible to access one's own "Personal Area" and from here manage an address book to which one's orders can be delivered. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the customer at the address specified in the order form. The cost of the service is fixed throughout the country and equal to only €5. Shipping costs are free for orders over €50.00.

Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on the Site www.peterascot.com are governed by these General Conditions as well as by the Italian law on mail order/distance selling. Pursuant to art. 64 e s.s. del D. Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer customer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, i.e. without indicating a VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations, under the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the Customer must:
1. within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, send the appropriate form in the Reserved Area of the site, filled in, selecting the order for which you wish to exercise the right to withdrawal and indicating

The withdrawal may also be applied limited to individual Products forming the subject of a single Purchase Contract. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. Once the integrity of the returned Product has been verified, Peter Ascot will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the Products referred to in the Purchase Agreement subject to withdrawal, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the return of the Products.
Peter Ascot will refund the entire value of the order, or part of it if the withdrawal is partial, by bank transfer, or by other methods specifically agreed with the Customer.
It should be noted that in accordance with current legislation on the subject, Peter Ascot will reimburse the Customer for the sums paid by the latter as the price of the Products. Peter Ascot  will not reimburse the shipping costs incurred by the Customer. The expenses necessary for the return to Peter Ascot will be borne by the Customer  of the Products subject to withdrawal.

Intellectual Property Rights
The trademark, as well as any and all intellectual property, distinctive sign or denomination, image, photograph, written or graphic text and more generally any other intangible asset protected by international laws and conventions on intellectual property and industrial property, reproduced on the Site remain the exclusive property of Peter Ascot and/or its assignors, without the Customer deriving any right over the same from access to the Site and/or from the stipulation of the Purchase Contracts. Any use, even if only partial, of the same is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Peter Ascot, in favor of which all relative rights are exclusively reserved.
